ok, friendly heads up. I got this same box from HD in early April. Keep in mind what you want to use this for. I bought 1 and am actually going to buy another but............ They are VERY flimsy and not to the quality you would expect from Suncast. There is no way it is worth more than $30 just FYI but everyone is charging like $60 + for this box. It is good for toys in your garage, seat cushions, pool toys etc but, don't misunderstand this as a seat. If you sat on it, it would implode for sure. Just letting you know. For $30, it is worth it.

Got this Deck box back in March for the same price... It's a budget box, but WELL WORTH $30. It keeps the cushions and kids toys dry and out of the intense sun.

I got two this am and also saved an extra $5 each since Home Depot matches competitor coupons and Aco Hardware in Michigan always seems to put $5 off $25 coupons in the sales mags delivered to my mailbox. Great deal!

Got a deck box. Plenty left in NE Ohio. Although the site hiccuped when I had selected Fairlawn that showed 15 in stock. It told me after checkout that they were out of stock. Did it a second time and it went through.

can you lock it? i want to keep pool chemicals in it closer to the pool

I agree. I use mine on a covered patio just to store cushions. If a child or large dog jumped on the top the sides would blow out. If it were in direct sun for a couple of hours it would warp for sure, especially if there were any weight on the cover.

It works for my purpose but if you plan on opening/closing lid 20 times a day or subjecting it to any med-heavy use get a better one.

EDIT: Just want to add that when you go to pick it up at store, the box it comes in is maybe 2x2, much smaller than any of the clerks thought, making it hard for them to find in inventory since they thought the boxes would be larger. Turns out they were on 2 pallets in front of store and looked like prefab bookcase boxes.
