How Do I Set up New QR Code for My Business?
I'm looking for some guidance on a new project I want to do for my business (hotel). I want to create a QR code I can print on guest feedback forms left in guest rooms where a guest can scan it and fill out a guest survey of their recent stay. Any suggestions on a cost effective way to do this? Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks. |

Just Google it. There are tons of free sites that allow you to do this. It's a free standard, so no need to pay. I assume you already have your survey online?

Thanks for the replies! I'm going to be using Kwiksurveys.com for the survey (like Surveymonkey). I plan to link the QR code to the survey so customers can fill it out. Are there any better alternatives to Kwiksurveys?

I like to make my survey's in a Google Doc, using forms. Only bad thing is designs are kind of limited. |

make it short. very short. nutz if im going to sit there and type stuff on my phone for any length of time. 10% might not be enough to get me as a repeat customer but its a good eye catcher to nudge me to fill it out. i didnt even fill anything out for the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort last month. i would have if i called them about the cleaning glove they left in the unit and didnt come get it. sheet happens.

80 rooms. Am definately trying to keep it short enough that someone can fill it out in less than 3-5min...

Out of 3 phones in my house I'm the only one with a QR reader do we need to call Hotel Impossible? lol j/k do you currently have feedback forms in the rooms? maybe have the QR code on a holder for the forms (postcards?) avoid additional print cost/ink I'm more in the line of cutting utility costs than PR. Own 22 units and manage/maintenance about 20 others. Recent stay at Rosen Creek introduced me to super low-flow aerators with security rings to stop removal. Hated using them but like the savings potential. Dam thing would hardly clean my toothbrush. |
