If you're coming up empty at Walmart, try your local Kmart . They're running additional 50% off clearance toys this week. I got the Queen Anne Revenge kit for $30 (50% off $120, then 50% off that). It was unmarked so they had TWO. Also the Lego Space shuttle was $30, but somehow scanned at $4. Killer deals in the stores (online is sold out) - SCAN EVERYTHING, because most of them aren't marked clearance. Wen ended up getting like 12 sets of various flavors yesterday.

Good find. Sadly, my WalMart (Austin, TX 620/Rock Harbor) did not have the ship or castle. They had almost all the others. The Clearance was not overtly marked (no special table or outcropped price label), but the labels where half red to signify clearance. Thanks for the post!

Noticed this at a Walmart yesterday. Cars was also clearanced at various percentage rates off. Also one of the larger Star Wars sets was clearance priced. I will stop by a few and give more detail later on.
These sets are being marked down on Lego's Europe site. My guess is they are being discontinued. |

I heard you could take UPC's from cheaper sets then affix them to the UPC spots on the more expensive sets and get the more expensive set for the cheaper set price. That sounds like a really good deal.
