Albertsons Sizzlin' Summer Giveaway 2012 (ID, MT, ND, OR, UT, WA, WY, Elko NV) - Rare, Semi-Rare, and Common Pieces

Basis: This list is based on survey data and comments from forum users about the pieces they have. If you have a piece on the Unknown list, PLEASE post about it!

Definitions:
Rare - No forum users have shared getting this piece.
Semi-Rare - At least one forum user has gotten this piece.
Common - Multiple forum users have gotten this piece, many have gotten this piece.

How to Help: We've got most of the list now! Please post if you have a piece on the Unknown list. And thank you to everyone who took the survey!

Key:
Red Pieces are RARE
Green Pieces are SEMI-RARE
Plum Pieces are either RARE OR SEMI-RARE, but I am not yet sure which. PLEASE post if you get one!
Blue Pieces are COMMON

Apparent Piece Distribution:

The million dollar prize has five common pieces and one RARE piece (MW04, only one exists in all of ).

The prizes with five pieces need to win seem to have a rare piece (I assume only as many exist as prizes are available) and a semi-rare piece (a small number exist, but they are likely easier to get than rare pieces).

Prizes with four pieces needed to win have only a RARE piece, which I assume only as many exist as prizes are available.
