some of thier items r still at the correct price i would say. but i notice the available items decrease from 16k to 15k + now and its still decreasing. btw any idea what is the size that one should buy for the glove?

Not sure about the alpine (bike) gloves, but I usually go a size up when it comes to snow/ski gloves.

Yeah looks like they are slowly correcting prices. It might take some time to get refunds too. (based on slow seller communications feedback)

ok thx! i think they r still not correcting the prices. maybe they didnt discover yet.

some of the items are so out.

I just did a very quick read through the seller cancellation policy and it says that the buyer has to agree to the cancellation. It doesn't say what happens if the buyer doesn't agree though.

The more I think about this, lets say they sold 1,000 items at $5.95. If the average retail value of the items they sold was $75, they probably paid around $35-$40 per item wholesale. Plus, lets say they pay $5 to ship each item.

So: (-$35*1,000)+(-$5*1000) +($5.95*1,000) = -$34,050

From their website it seems like these guys might be a relatively small operation. A $34k loss could put them out of business. I'd love to get some cheap gear, but then again...

File a Buyer Protection Case for an item you never got and never paid for ?(since the amount was refunded).

What I'm saying is that the limited amount of information in the eBay sellers "Help" section says that once payment has been submitted, you have to go through the resolution center to close the case, which requires the buyer to agree to a refund/cancellation. I'm way too lazy to go through a claim to save $50 on some gloves - I'm just wondering how Riders Needs would deal with that situation.

Well...like I said..they will just refund the money and be done with it. They can ask the buyer to cancel the transaction...and if the buyer says "no"...all that will happen is the seller will still be charged the final value fee on the transaction.

its unlikely that they would hounor it. anw they just rectify the wrong pricing already

They seem to be doing it at a turtles pace...since some of the gloves are still showing $5.95 with free shipping.
