We just had our 20th on the 9th and spent it with the kids AND the in-laws.  And there was no bow-chica-bow-wow later either. 
Some people need a sympathetic pat on the head ... with a hammer. |

It will be our 10th on Oct. 4th and we have no plans yet. Originally we were going to Paris then a visit with DH's family but we had to move that to next year. Hubby suggested going to New Oleans, which is where we had our honeymoon but I'm leaning towards going somewhere we haven't been before.
Happiness and depression are both feelings, just like joy and anger. It's not feelings that give us problems. It's what we do with them that makes the difference.

After 20 years, you have to have a reason to have sex. Newness? Been there. He's been deployed for 6 months? Done that. Make babies? Check. Anniversary/birthday/Christmas/Valentine's sex? Yep. Bored? That, too. Make-up sex? Oh yeah. "Hey, we've never tried that before; how about it?" sex? Covered. Too much to drink?  I just watched a Brad Pitt movie?  "IOU" sex? Yes. (I'm in the hole, BTW.  )After 20 years and 2 kids, other than "we'd better see if it still works" sex, what's left?

At least you remember/realize it before she leaves you. No one will beat Flowers and Jewelry so go buy one it wont take so much of your time.
