Other Thoughts: *to get the LAN to function (80% ish) do the following:

Download Driver Version: 2.0.14.15 Date: 3/2/2012 (look for x driver site)

Next Disable: Flow Control, IPv4 Checksum Offload, 3x LG Send off's, 2x TCP Checksum's, 2x UDP Checksum's

After doing the NEW driver & changing the settings My LAN is running at 1.0GB (light on router is GREEN not amber and in network status it shows 1.0gb --- maybe im lucky so if someone else could confirm


* Audio Driver Downloaded Directly from VIA's Download Page 6.0.1.8700 Ver: 8/4/2010 seems to be the Best Driver i have found so far.

You will need to go through some hoops to get it to work with ivy bridge processors though.

You'll need a sandybridge processor to get it to even boot. Once you have applied the updates and pulled the jumper, you can upgrade to an IVB platform.

The SATA connectors are placed on the MOBO so that when used with a graphics card they are potentially and completely obstructed depending on your graphics card. They could have been arranged close enough to the SB chip-set and yet away from graphics adapter interference. Board have small form factor that is unnecessary with the MATX and yet bothersome as it allows the board too much flex when installing components with unsupported parts of the board. I suggest you go to the local hardware store and purchase some sticky-backed foam to support areas of the board between them and the spaced area from the case

Don't use the VGA driver on the ECS site, use the latest one from Intel's site. The ECS one was giving me the 59hz bug issue with my LCD screen causing bad flickering. I am noticing some interlacing issue when watching recorded TV, need to see if I can get that fixed.
