Holy cow, I submitted my rebate on 6/3, received the $60 VISA rebate today (6/18). Awesome response time.

i sent mine, both, on 6/6 and 5/31, still nothing,, still says in process.

i am getting the run around from them, i uploaded both rebates with upc and receipts and they said they didnt recieve any upload. now they stopped taking my calls.

mine still says in Process. Shows Received 6/5/12. So....2 months, 3 weeks and still processing. Waste of my time.

It's not just you, I was on hold for ~5 minutes then the machine just said, "call us back later".

finally got a call back after the second time of leaving my information. was left a voice mail from them the first time saying they saw no attachments, then I had to mail it in. I called back and had them give me an email address or fax number because im not mailing it. I got the same lady again saying ok here is my email go ahead and email me the claim number and attachment. I had 2 so it took a couple days for each. her email is Sarah Negus snegus@acbcoop.com email her your claim number and copy of the documents and upc, hopefully she will do it without questioning. mine got approved and labeled mailed.
