Looks like it from what I have seen. Had several Brothers in the same vein. But at this price for wireless, it is a go.

I purchased this printer last week when it was $38.51 from OnSale.com. A few days later I got an email saying it was on back order even though OnSale.com had it listed as "in stock-ships next day." I asked when it would ship, and they said hopefully by May 30th.

Then I figured I would press my luck and purchase it on Amazon through OnSale's seller account..but same thing. Got the email saying it's on back order. On Sale has a pretty shady rating on Amazon..58%. I cancelled my order on Amazon with them and am trying to cancel the one I purchased directly from them as well, esp since the price drop. Just spent the extra few dollars and got it through Amazon with FS and no tax.

You may be asking yourself, why so cheap all of a sudden? Amazon is PM'ing to Newegg:

Their rating is bad because of their HP touch pad ordeal a year ago lol

OnSale's rating is shot because of the whole HP Touchpad fiasco. They are generally a pretty good company to buy with.

No...they are hit and miss...at best. Even now, with this printer..it should be "in-stock" if listed on Amazon as such. They have also done these tactics with other items in the past.

Noted. I guess I've just been relatively lucky with them then. Got screwed during the Touchpad sale, but was offered a second chance to buy one when they got a second batch, so I wasn't too pissed.

Anyway, back to this deal. If anyone would like to know, the toner cartridge model number for this printer is MLT-D101S. You can find toner refills on eBay for about $8 but I can't find any instructions on whether this cartridge can be refilled easily (as in there is an easily accessible port to refill).

\If you need toner for the ML-1865W - I bought this one on May 2nd - it is now $25xx at Amazon. I was going to go with the refill, but decided on this instead. I paid $10 more.

I think $25 is a good deal for this printer.
