Cheapest way to ship a car?
I have 3 cars we need to move from baltimore to phoenix - we will drive one down, but need a good method of transportation to ship the other 2. Any ideas?

You could tow one behind the one you are driving. UHaul has one way rentals on car haulers. The other is going to cost you probably $400. You might could get a package deal with the 2 cars.

How much would it cost to fly back and drive the other two cars?

Its around 1k -1500 to ship a car with a car shipping company.
http://www.dasautoshippers.com http://www.nationaltransportllc.com were two I looked at before deciding on a private shipper when I had to get a car from oklahoma to louisiana. |

 But I think its WELL worth it for Balt-Pheonix. I mean that drive is going to require a hotel room + gas + airfare, thats going to add up to well over 1k i think. Its more than a one day drive so you need to stop and sleep somewhere, not to mention eat etc. Not even thinking about the fact that someone has to spend THAT long driving after possibly just doing it the week before with the first car. |
