Tech For Less - This is where I bought my laptop that allegedly came with a 2 year warranty. Per HP, the warranty expired at little past year #1. They weren't authorized resellers. Tech 4 Less did nothing to stand by their 2 year warranty claim when the laptop failed.

Holy crap their site is a mess. It's impossible to browse for stuff.

Recently bought a laptop battery from them. It was advertised as a genuine Lenovo; not a replacement for a Lenovo, but an actual Lenovo battery. It arrived 5 days later but unfortunately was not what they had advertised. It was a no-make generic copy. And to make matters work, it did not even work.

There aren't may retailers I will not purchase from, but these are one!

I have purchased a bunch of different things from them over the years. The big steals there are the open box items. I have NEVER had an issue returning something that I had a problem with. They used to ship open box UPS units for free which made them an insane bargain, but I guess too many were getting damaged and that went bubye.

Was only 1 in stock, but snagged a scratch and dent viao that retails at ~$1000 for only $400: 15.6" 1080p, i5-2430m, Radeon 4670m, hdmi, & usual bells and whistles. Was scratch and dent because no OS, but that can be fixed in an afternoon (and with free copy of win 8). Anyway, some great deals to be had if you can put up with a below average website: the product filtering definitely leaves something to be desired. Customer service was fantastic though.
