After some troubleshooting and changing the battery, they gave me a full refund, and didn't even want the old one back! I'll try again... Just transfer the PayPal funds right back to them lol.

microkelvin µK Member sinceFeb 2006 Posts7,983	they need to change the name. instead of "monitor", they should have called it "checker". these are not the kind that "monitor" your heart beats. it will tell your ECG heart rate at the instant you touch 2 poles together. do they have any related lawsuit about this "monitor" name yet? if not, i'll open one.
