$9.95 on Amazon, but so is a higher end Accutire that's programmable and has bigger display with backlight.

I've had this one for a few years, and so far it's been very accurate, and held up to a lot of wear and tear. Sucks about the warranty, but the $5 price is the best ever, usually the lowest you can get it is something like 7.50 when it's half off, and another 10% for friends and family sales on the same days it's on sale. For $5 I'd buy two or more. I'll probably buy another at this price as a backup for my current one.

I got this on Amazon a while ago. 2 thumbs up.

Ha! I had the same thing happen to me. I had forgotten about it, but your post reminded me. I had a different Accutire model with a non replaceable battery that died under warranty. I sent it to Measurement Specialties and never got anything back. Those bastards!

But for $5, it's still a deal even if it only lasts a year or two.

Be aware - I got several of these a few years ago through Tire Rack and NONE of them lasted for more then 6 months.

If they are still the same cheap design (and they appear to be), run away...

Typical Sears website.... Price shows $5.39 on their website, when added to the cart a pop up window confirms that price but when you do to check out it changes to $13.49. They did this to me on the vacuum deal a couple of weeks ago (though, that price doubled only after returning from Paypal with one button left to click).

These are great air gauges in my opinion. I think I have bought 4 or so of them and the original one that we bought, the tip broke off and the battery went dead and I sent it off and they sent a brand new one to us. The warranty is lifetime supposedly, even if the battery goes dead you are not to open the back up and put another one in it.

The only issue I normally have went them is that on one or two of them, the lcd screen is to light up in red but ours doesn't light up anymore. Not a big deal if you are checking your air during the day!

I've got another brand and this one seems to be very close to an old school tire gauge as the other brand isn't so much. These work well up to 99.9 pounds.

If sears was closer to me, I'd go pick a few up!

Sigh, I love this tire gauge. I had one for about 4-5 years that never broke. Hell, my ex knocked it out of my car, I literally RAN IT OVER and it still worked. Also got left outside in the rain, just to be brought back in and work fine.

I loved this little guy, somehow lost it a few months ago and have been waiting to get a new one. We were close. Like peas and carrots.

I add x2 and my total comes out to 26.98, even though I see the price listed as 5.39. Anyone know how to fix this bug?

Update: After going to payment checkout page, it fixes itself. Select credit card or paypal to fix.
