AT&T get out of contract
Hey, I remember seeing a series of posts on getting out of a mobile carrier's contract due to their change of fees in the last year or so. I can't seem to find it. I've searched terms like "contract" and "early termination"... with AT&T and nothing shows up. So wondering if anyone know where I can find it (or has it been deleted by the mods?)? I just want to see a few terms used so I can set up a deal alert.My dad passed away 2 months ago and I'm still paying for his bill ($9.99+tax, on my family plan after I took off the iPhone data plan and texting). I'm under contract for another 18 months. The CSR was nice enough to give me $20/off my bill for 5 months (which would pay for 6 months of service for my dad's line after taxes) and told me to call back in 6 months to see if there is anything they can do. |
