Update 7/3/12.
If you have an unfulfilled and unrefunded order in for these, do NOT assume Abe's is going to "do the right thing" and take care of you. I had to file a PayPal dispute to get them to finally ship my drives, almost a month after I placed my order. They ignored my e-mails and refused to even respond. Don't count on anything they tell you, and stay on top of them to make sure they don't just blow you off.

my tests on the drive that I got:
rate of write for a 7.25GB directory was only 3.6MB/s
USB 2.0 rate is 60MB/s at best
this is twice USB 1.0 and even one third of USB 1.1
But this is not a problem, as expected, this is flat out fraud, this is an 8+ GB (I could right up to 8.95GB when it gave error and stopped transferring more files), and falsely branded as 32GB.

THe first thing I did after getting it was to copy a lot of videos over (29gb) to it, and it was writing at a rate of 3.3 MBps, and I let it run for a few hours and just checked back and was a little surprised that it copied all 29gb but when I open some folders to look at contents, I see all special chars... THIS IS FRAUD.
I even emailed them right after I ordered asking them to cancel my order but they never responded and shipped anyway...

On Monday, April 11, 2011, a U.S. federal trademark registration was filed for NIKURA by E.O.M. Digital Accessories, Ltd., Edison, NJ 08837. The USPTO has given the NIKURA trademark serial number of 85291351. The current federal status of this trademark filing is REGISTERED.
Nikura seems to be a new product line name for cheap Chinese products. There is a legitimate Nikura in Japan that makes TVs and Appliances, but not USB Drives.
In addition, the company's business address is the same building as Abe's of Maine
