Thanks Op(s)!! I placed an order, but I have a technical question from the experts here. Is this M4 drive overkill for Acer Aspire One AO722?
Product Features AMD C Series Processor 1GHz (C-50) 2GB DDR3 RAM 320GB 5400RPM Hard Drive 11.6-Inch Screen, AMD Radeon HD 6290 Windows 7 Home Premium, 7 hours Battery Life http://www.amazon.com/Acer-AO722-...=de_a_smtd Last edited by Yuvan; 05-30-2012 at 11:23 AM.. |

I'm running Dual GTX580 in SLI, 8 gigs of ram, W7 64bit, i7 OC to 4.15, and dual 10,000 RPM 200GB WD VelociRaptor drives in Raid0. I'm running the game in 1080P with all the settings maxed out. In BFBC2 I would load a new map in 8-9 seconds and reload the same map in <7. BF3 I'm always last in and my load time for a new map is 55-65 sec and a map reload time of 40-50sec. There is nothing left in my system that I haven't upgraded since BF3 came out except my gaming HD's. If this doesn't lower my map load time I'm going to try and rebuild my system. |

The C-50 processor in that is SLOW!!!! Also you only have 2GB of ram you will see improvement in speed over the 5400rpm hard drive but the cpu/ram will be the bottleneck of the system. |

your computer should absolutely dominate mine. i'd just reinstall and be done with it. hopefully people keep their gaming computers separate from their normal computers like i do (just for this reason)...good luck man. ROFL...
