It's not THAT hot. Now granted, that is about 25% hotter than the surface of the sun. I guess red and blue flickering would probably be the last thing anyone sees since the superheated steam would cook anyone who could observe it. Now that's convenience!

perhaps i'm missing something but if it's no battery necessary where does the led lights get it's power from?

i knew meritline were child labor advocates! the moment it said made in china... smh.

See these all the time for anywhere from $5-$10. I guess for $4 I'll give it a try, the kids will think its neat if it works.

I have had something similar before, it is pretty neat. I believe it is powered by an internal turbine.
