Only the base is triply. The Tramontina 18/10 triply is much better.

Does anyone who knows anything about cookware have an opinion on the quality of this stuff?

I'm interested in getting it but I don't know enough about the product to know if this is a good deal or not.

I agree with LHYMES commment above. If sides are not tri-clad skip these. I'm sure the quality of these pans is excellent but the beauty of having the complete pot/pan clad is the sides will be less likely to scorch when cooking thick or creamy foods, especially when you put the pan in the oven. At the $200.00 price point you should be able to find a good generic All-Clad set. All the major cookware brands knock All-Clad off. If you are not in a big hurry put a Deal Alert in Slickdeals for "Cookware". I get frequent email alerts about sales of these type of pans. Here's a discussion from Chowhound about clad cookware.
The Tramonta (sp?) brand available @ Wal-Mart seem to be well regarded.
Another thing to consider is if you want a non-stick (coated) interior. The picture of the Costco set shows the fry pans are Teflon coated. IMHO, I would not buy a good set of pans that have an interior non-stick coating. That stuff wears off eventually. I would buy clad pans that are stainless steel inside and out. They will last several lifetimes. I own stainless clad pans as well as cheaper non stick pans that I repace every 5 years or so.

Are these the same quality as these on Amazon for $360 for a 10 piece set?

Just an update I got these in 2 days ago and they are sweet set! We were prepared to return them to Cosco if we didn't like them but they are a great, very high quality SS cookware set. This should be a front-page deal. We are going to get a second set to give away as a wedding gift.
