http://www.bloomberg.com/news/201...n-may.html BTW--3 people I know got jobs in the last week, and all are high paying jobs in their fields. I know that kind of news is disappointing to Republicans, but there it is.

Jan - 63.7 Feb - 63.9 March- 63.8 April - 63.6 May - 63.8 So we're striving to get back to February?
![]() on the bright side, mortgages hit an absolute low today.. I'm sure that news will be released later (mortgages follow the Treasury Bonds which are also at an all time low). Last edited by DJPlayer; 06-01-2012 at 09:09 AM.. |

3 down and a few million to go. |

Regardless of everyone's opinions and anecdotal evidence, things are still ugly out there. Millions have fallen out of the workforce and quit looking. Millions are looking for jobs that don't exist. This news should be a huge disappointment to those on both sides of the aisle and evidence that neither party has done a good job. And yes, a significant portion of blame should go all the way to the top to Obama, as his party has now had 3 years to architect policies that should be improving the situation more than they are. Republicans are also to blame for not getting creative in their approach to solve this issue either.
As an employer of 40 people, having hired 20 of them this year, I know how hard people are looking for jobs (yes there are exceptions). For awesome recipes and food storage ideas: http:www.ourfoodstorage.com

Seems like an inappropriate use of an adjective to describe a number rising .3% as "swelling". No matter how helpful the feature, how easy it is to disable, or how good your intentions, someone somewhere will hate it and think you're a monster for implementing it.- Anonymous Developer

let's take a look at the progressive recovery that's occurring:

Link? One thing I've noticed with several of these snapshots of data is that the writer likes to show just enough of a slice to make it look bad for Obama. Take the quote by romney there where he mentions "plunging consumer confidence". CC was < 30% when Obama took office, and is at 68% now. |

the author is the Bureau of Labor and Statistics... There's not even an article just tables with numbers. Unless you care that these were seasonally adjusted.
