Has everything I wanted except an i5, matte screen and long lasting battery, but it is only $260 so I caved in. After cleaning up a few bloatware programs, setting automatic logon, and activating 2 cores for startup, boots directly to desktop in 37 seconds and is connected to Wifi in 49 seconds. Runs pretty snappy, but will probably still bump up RAM to 8GB when I find a slickdeal on some RAM.
