Upcoming Los Angeles Focus Group /health care

Dear kim:
Plaza Research Los Angeles is currently looking for participants for new study coming up in June 2012! As with all Plaza Research studies, participants are booked on a first come first serve basis. Not all participants who complete the pre-questionnaires will qualify for the study, nor will everyone receive a callback. Please do not call in reference to the studies. If you pre-qualify, a recruiter will contact you with further questions and details.
By clicking on the link below and answering the questions, you are confirming you understand the above statements and policies. You are also agreeing to fill out the surveys honestly and to the best of your knowledge.

Topic: Health Care
Who: Males and females, ages 25-70, as well as family-appointed caregivers of any age
When: June 11th-18th, various times
Length/Pay: 2.5 hours for the actual interview / $250 for full 2.5-hour session plus pre-work completion
Where: This study will consist of phone conversations, an interview in your home where 2-3 researchers will meet you and record the interview, and also a shop-along (where you go to a store with the researchers). (If you are not comfortable with any aspect mentioned above, please do not fill out the survey below).
