Sighhh....I remember the days....I had the K6-2+ on my Asus P55T2P4. My kids continued to use that computer for years. Something fun about running a 500MHz processor on a board made for up to 250MHz.

Have never done Asus, despite the terrific enthusiast reputation.

It was a FIC 503+ board. MVP3 chipset, 1 MB cache, sort of a benchmark standard for SS7 boards I found out later. I didn't know that at the time.

Got mine off ebay. It was soon outrun by the PIII.

I skipped all Intel from socket 7 until Sandy Bridge.

And FIC? It looks like they didn't make the transition. :-\

Any apps for configuring this thing in Android? Typing this message on my Galaxy Nexus (displayed on my TV with a MHL/HDMI-out adapter), but there's very limited use of any non-alphabet keys. Thx

I just got my order and holy crap this keyboard is really big. its like an ipad and a 1/3 This thing is literally a keyboard lolol. Really wish the Amazon basic keyboards were on sale because those are really convenient to carry around. Oh wells beggers can't be choosy. Thanks OP!

or you could just get the MS Bluetooth keyboard 6000 that comes with a separate number pad for the same price + $7 shipping at buy.com. No reason to hunt and PM like crazies for something that's been out for quite a while. I paid $30 early last year for it, and its the best/lightest keyboard I could find! Wait, how is this thread a hot deal again?

edit: looks like MS made different versions and decided to call them by the same model and name. My 6000 came with a number pad, not sure if mfg part# 2XJ-00001 comes with it too.
