This was my second order for the same product at the same price. Shortly
after sending my (as yet unanswered) reply to the customer service team's
reply regarding the first order, the item again showed itself as in stock.
Therefore, I placed another order. Somehow this AGAIN ended up going
"Unexpectedly out of stock". What's really funny, is that the website is
STILL ACCEPTING ORDERS for this product, even after I received my
cancellation notice.

Please note that I have placed a third order for this game (7477674 - I was
curious if it actually WAS still allowing for orders). I would be
perfectly happy to pick my order up at my local BJs location (Coventry, RI)
if possible.

Please escalate this matter to your next level of customer service. That
your company keeps offering this deal on its website, only to cancel it
shortly later, is unacceptable.
