It's not too great a deal. NewEgg has Acer Laptops with nearly identical specs for this price regularly.
Here: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Pro...683421537 Though ASUS is a better brand, this deal isn't significant. I am a bit of an audiophile.

Cons: so-so CPU, no blu-ray, lo-res web-cam, 5400rpm HDD. Pros: above average GPU, 750GB HDD, USB 3, and HDMI out (of course), ASUS. In for 1. Can anyone comment on the quality of the webcam? I know it's 0.3mp but if it can produce a clear picture then that's fine with me.
