they shouldn't really call it a drink. it's a dixi cup not much bigger than a shot glass, and they get mad if you try and fill up more than one!!!!

A standard shot glass in the US is around 1.0 fl oz to 1.5 fl oz (single). A "double" is 3.0 fl oz.

This is 7.11 oz. You'd get drunk way faster taking shots that big.

Also, this is 100% free. The amount of self-entitlement to some of you guys. If you don't want it, don't grab it. Others would be more than happy to take a free slurpee.

OP you need to read the details more carefully! Everyone knows 7-Eleven's "birthday" is July 11, aka 7/11! Please correct in the title.

I don't get 7-Eleven's emails, so I didn't see that. If they did send it early - I hope they get a lot of customers demanding it "today"! (show them the email?)

But, I would also guess that most people who are big enough fans of 7-Eleven to subscribe to their emails know the "birthdate" and know about this annual promo as well.

Link OP provided also states 7/11. Before I posted, I looked to make sure there hadn't been some movement of the annual celebration to 7/9 for some reason or another. There was not.

The most important thing is FREE Slurpees! IF you have a 7-Eleven nearby! I don't so that "kills it for me".

Hey guys, thanks for the help. I did get the email saying it was today though, so the home office in Dallas got the email notification part wrong. I went in to confirm and the girl there said Wednesday on 7/11. I felt like "dooh" after she said that because yea, 7/11. I fixed the date and times and appreciate your help very much!

Also, amazing, I did 2 searches for slurpee's and 7-Eleven, and this did not show up anywhere. Now, its merged w/a post from over a month ago? Wow.....
