Peru is AMAZING - plenty to see, fabulous (yet inexpensive) cuisine and wonderful people. I've been twice and hope to return in the near future.

Peru is safer than Los Angeles, San Bernardina, Detroit, and few other US cities. A few tourists sites to visit also. But....I'm not flying on a plane held together with duct-tape!
Do not allow your wallet & greed to blur reality. Junk is still junk regardless of price.
Sometimes, it's best to grab a beer and chill out. ![]() |

I worked in travel for a long time and there's so much to do there like Lake Titicaca/Puno and the INCA trail....don't let the horror posts put you off, this is an AMAZING deal!!! I'm a girl and I travel on my own to places like this all the time - just be savvy and (hopefully!) nothing too bad will happen! :-) Thanks to the OP, booked November before the hardcore rainy season kicks in!
