Thinking about doing this since I have a prepaid already. I never use ATMs so will I be able to withdraw the $200 at a Citibank ATM without paying any fees?

Alright, I have some questions. Does this report to credit? As in by using it does it improve credit. I know it isn't a credit card just curious. What happens when all the money is gone, do they cancel it if you don't reload it? Thanks

lol.. wtf.. federal law requires a SSN to get a prepaid card? i can walk into any major store and purchase prepaid american express card or any card for that matter. all they require is hard cold cash. what is it that they really want with ur SSN. |

Thanks OP, The diff between this and the other offer, is when I log into my existing account it shows the promo on the right side for free 25 with loading 200 $, To be sure I took a screen shot of it in my account so I can prove IF NEEDED that the offer was targeted to me. I would recommend doing the same since they flaked on the first 25 $ promo. THANKS OP
