It is a good product. mine died after 2 months and I was denied warranty...
4:19 PM Guest: I read in the MAnual that it is one year. I bought it from Newegg and I was told by LG that there is no Warranty since NEWEGG is not a authorized reseller. I do not SEE this exception in the manual.
4:49 PM Javier: I am afraid that the warranty states that not warranty from non authorized dealers and NewEgg is not an authorized dealer.
5:02 PM Javier: The authorized dealer information is what the warranty states as contact LG Electronics for further information. There is no warranty for accessories purchased through NewEgg.com or Tigerdirect.com

 Note: these have Eggsaver free shipping, but are also eligible for Shoprunner 2-day free shipping if you have one of those free memberships from AMEX XMAS. The best cash back I could find was UR and 2pts/dollar. There is a sliding scale and urlhasbeenblocked and urlhasbeenblocked, so (my interpretation is that) this purchase would yield under 1%. urlhasbeenblocked looks to be 1.5%, but 2 UR points are worth more than that even for a pretty poor redemption. Just my 2 cents.

Just an FYI...
Newegg is NOT an authorized seller for LG and LG will NOT honor warranty issues if it was bought at Newegg. I found out the hard way. |

I've been using these for 2 weeks now after purchasing it the last time around. I like how comfortable they are. I got them to replace my SE MW600 because there are wires that come out of the unit (since you are able to use your own headphones) that gets in the way when I wear them while doing yard work. The sound quality isn't as good as the MW600 though. I feel the LG sounds a little more muffled and the SE sounds a little more crisp..
