Hah I had a reservation for one of these bonus dates... You helped get me an upgraded room (city corner) and $75 credit for the same price as my previous reservation! Only thing I am confused on is the mention of a $100 credit, as I don't see anything in the fine print that explains the eligibility for that.

OP, did u call them and asked for this 'summer offer' and the amex 15% off? doesnt look like a way to get the amex 15% online.

For the AmEx deal, you need to register your card using the above link and charge the room to the card. Once it posts to your account the discount is applied to your statement.

Very nice deal. If I'm reading this right, it's a 2 night minimum stay. So if I need to stay for 4 nights, and make 2 separate bookings, I'd get the credit twice? Any idea about this?

From what I have read, this works. Just put the reservation under two different names, if possible.

I tried booking a room to stack the summer offer and the amex offer and the agent said its one or the other. after reading about the amex offer, my understanding is that its not a 15% credit to the linked amex card. it's 15% off your reservation at the time you book the room, so its basically just a discounted rate. i think the summer promotion has a better rate so its cheaper to use the summer promotion.

OP, did u manage to see a 15% credit? or did they stack both promotions when you booked the room?

The 15% and the $70 credit from AmEx comes off your account after the charges to the room are posted to your AmEx. It took about two weeks after my last stay for the credits to show on my AmEx.

For those unfamiliar with Vdara, remember that it's a non-gaming hotel (there is no casino on-site). If you're traveling to Vegas for business or with a family (under 21), it's an excellent choice since you don't need to pass through a casino. If, on the other hand, you're looking to go downstairs and gamble, it's not as ideal.

Did you get both a 15% reduction and a $70 credit on your statement?
I recall doing the amex offer and they take you through a link to allow you to see prices that are supposed to be "15% off".

As long as you reach the minimum charges to the room you will get the 15% off and you automatically receive the $70 credit even if you do not hit the minimum room charge.
