2012 Steam Summer Sale Wish List / Predictions

I got rage for $7.99 2 days ago from newegg so I am set.

I'm hoping for some steals on prices for source engine based games and gift them to some friends maybe. But if they put L4D for $4.99 I'll buy it for myself. Does anyone still play this game anyway? I played loads of it on xbox live which is why I would prefer a dirt cheap price for it possibly even $2.49.

I'm sure that we will be seeing deals on other source engine games. Garry's Mod always goes on sale at least twice for $2.49, Halflife Source maybe $1.49, Halflife 2 Deathmatch $4.99 or $2.49 maybe, Orange Box $7.99 I guess maybe $9.99. L4D2 $4.99 I think. I'm not sure if they make deals for cs:s. TF2 is free already. They should do deals on purchasable items for TF2 though. I haven't bought any keys for the crates I keep picking up. For the price of one key, you can buy one cheap game on steam so it isn't worth it.

Bloody Good Time might go on sale again. I think I picked it up for $2.49 or $5 I forget.

I would expect a deal on Crysis 2 Maximum edition. Currently it is $39.99 maybe it will drop to something decent like $9.99. I would buy a steam version of that game for 10 bucks. I don't think it is worth it for me to buy for $39.99 because most stages in Crysis games tend to be mediocre. It took me years to finally purchase Crysis 1 for that reason. The first stages always are the best but when they get too into aliens and crap I get bored pretty quickly. I like battling humans vs humans not the other nonsense they threw in. I can see why people didn't like the last Indiana Jones movie then but then again, I'm the opposite on that I thought it was a very enjoyable movie to see on the big screen. I guess people tend to not like aliens in games and movies in general. Too far fetched and fictional.

What else. Test Drive Unlimited 2 will probably be cheap. I don't know if anyone plays that on PC at all. There's going to be deals on other things. Is Ridge Racer available on PC? I would expect a deal on that. And I guess Tekken vs Street Fighter but I wouldn't hold my breath. I think they already lost enough money from having too many sales on SF4. These namco/capcom games probalby won't drop to below $20 on a steam sale.

I can't really think of any deals I'm waiting for now. I think Starcraft 2 and Diablo III both non-steam games but are on Blizzard are very overpriced games. I stick with steam for the value and deals. The community is great too.
