Hrm... great price on the PNY class 10 but no reviews... makes me kind of leery. I found 2 reviews on Amazon:

CrystalDiskMark 3.0 ( using a testsize of 1000MB ) shows the microSDHC has a Seq read performance of 14.47 MB/s and a write performance of 9.242 MB/s, great value for Amazon's deal of the day price!

Bought one of these for an HTC Flyer tablet. Works great so far (1 day). I was able to write to it at 9.20 MB/sec, which is pretty close to the rated 10 MB/sec. Now I just hope it lasts.
