will begin on June 5, 2012 at 12:01 AM ET and end on August 29, 2012 at 11:59 PM ET ("Sweepstakes Period").

Open only to permanent, legal United States ("U.S.") residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) U.S. or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories, and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older

You may enter one time per day for a total of eighty (80) Entries per person or email address during the Sweepstakes Period.

GRAND PRIZE: There will be one (1) grand prize ("Grand Prize") awarded to Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize will consist of the following: a twenty-five thousand dollar ("$25,000") gift card redeemable at MR PORTER.COM and a Broncks bicycle from Bowery Lane Bicycles.. Estimated Retail Value ("ERV") of Grand Prize is twenty-five thousand, six-hundred and ninty-five dollars ($25,695).

FIRST PRIZE: There will be ten (10) first prizes awarded (each a "First Prize" and together with "Grand Prize" shall be referred to herein as "Prize" or "Prizes"); one (1) First Prize will be awarded to each First Prize Winner. Each First Prize will consist of the following: one (1) Broncks bicycle from Bowery Lane Bicycles. ERV of First Prize is six hundred ninety-five dollars ($695). ERV of all First Prizes is six thousand nine hundred fifty dollars ($6,950).

ERV of all Prizes is thirty-two thousand, six hundred and forty-five dollars ($32,645).
