it looks like the only option for this rebate is to receive the $10 in the for of an amex rewards card where "service fees apply" it didn't give me an option to receive it by check.
did anyone get the option to have a check mailed to them?

I am petty sure they only charge fees if you don't use your card within a certain number of months.
