Yes, if you unlock the device with a SIM-unlock code. You will not have 3G signal though, so kind of a pointless purchase for an AT&T customer. The phone is 1st generation Windows phone so it is fairly dated. Unless you absolutely need the bigger scree, the HTC Radar or Nokia Lumia are a better purchase for the money. I guess if you are looking at prepaid T-Mobile, this might be a good deal since it is new.
