NordicTrack treadmill deals: C900 Pro $770 + tax T5.7 $462 + tax

I am interested in this deal....but have read that nordictrack customer service is really bad ....Does anyone has any feedback on their service ?

My treadmill broke down a couple of months or so ago. I had an extended warranty through NordicTrack. I've had to deal with their customer service for awhile now and have no complaints about their customer service. However, I was not impressed with the delivery company.

At first, they were going to send someone to fix the treadmill, but had to order a part. I waited a week or so and contacted them again asking when the part would be delivered. Customer Service investigated and found that the part was no longer available so they were going to refund the amount I spent on the extended warranty or give me credit for new equipment for the amount I originally spent on the treadmill. I went with the credit and got a new treadmill. I sent numerous emails to the customer service rep I was dealing with and she always responded timely.

The delivery company is a different story. I did pay to upgrade the shipping to include installation since I didn't want to move the treadmill into the basement (normal shipping is to the door which I think is just UPS). I guess NordickTrack sub-contracts out to some nationwide delivery company that sets up fitness equipment. This company apparently sub-contracts it out again if they don't have a main branch in the area. When they finally delivered it, the installers seemed like they never setup or moved a treadmill before.

As for the current pricing, the price on the treadmill I got is around 100 less now than what it was for me.

I would add that most every treadmill company gets lot of customer complaints. The best thing to do (not the cheapest) is to but from someone like Sears or Dick's that is local and pay them for delivery and set up. You would likely come out happy than doing an online or phone order. If you get a broken or missing part they normally want to send you the part (not another treadmill) and the part may be out of stock. Buying local means you can demand they just bring out another until they get it right, something that also never will happen with an online order.

i don't see that price. it is showing 589 for t5.7 and after 10% and 5% discount it came to 504. can you specify how to get 462? thanks.
