The $100 off Latitude E Series laptops is very good discount if you are looking for BASIC laptop. The E5420 and E5520 are good examples. % discounts are better suited for the E6* line that comes with 3yr warranty; Dell had 25% off not too long ago. This new set of coupons is really for those that are looking for basic systems. E5520 with Sandy Bridge i3 can be had for $350; while Sandy Bridge i5 proc can be had for $400 after coupon.

I actually had roughly the same config as that M6600 and my order ended up getting cancelled due to unavailability. Just like anything else on the outlet with these coupons you'll have to be lucky and fast to get the best deals.
