Agreed. I've only purchased smaller ticket items and received them all. The downside for me is it takes a long, long time to receive my purchases. Amazon - it ain't. But you can get a good deal every once in a while.

Currently on my tenth day since order with item not even shipped yet. Ordered a mouse for like $6 off, not worth the wait.

BTW, ordered 6 items from Amazon AFTER this purchase, and all have shipped, and half even received in the same timeframe.

Being slow isn't a scam, it's just bad business.(Even customer service responses take +2 days)

They're just really, really, slow. We ordered a blu ray player from them on November 16, and it didn't get to our PO until 12/5.

Smaller stuff I've bought from them seems to arrive faster, though. Especially the kitchen stuff seems to be there within a week.

I've only used them for free items, sure it's cheap junk, but it's free. Never given them a credit card. Have ordered five free items in 2012, received all within a month, which is quicker than the 6-12 weeks for many freebies.

I purchased from them in the past, my items seem to arrived pretty quick (California).

1saleaday is horrible! It has reached the point where it can't get any worse.... It takes weeks for them to send any item you order, they are horrible with their e-mail support, and you have to Google to find any kind of phone number. And, even if you reach someone by phone, they say to send an e-mail only to not have it answered. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back after a month. THE SAVINGS ARE NOT WORTH THE HASSLE! They think just because they are an 'e-seller', they can flip you the middle finger and send your items when they find it convenient (or in my case never ship my item at all). It's always been slow, but now its unacceptable! The worst seller on eBay will ship your item faster than these people! AVOID!!!! Spend your money elsewhere - these people clearly don't care about you, the time the items gets shipped, and their customer service is clearly the worst I have encountered in years.

I ordered some in-ceiling speakers from them in late 2011.

They never came in, it took 2 months for them to admit this and another month to get a refund and I missed other deals on similar products because they "guaranteed they'd be shipping soon" until, you know, they didn't and never intended to (they kept saying they had them there and would be shipping soon.)

Thanks for the sharing. I have ordered a few things from dailysteals, and they all turned up on time. So I was looking at buying things from 1saleaday. Now I will look elsewhere.

I have ordered from them before with no problem. Then I ordered a watch which was to come in 10 days. 4 days after the ten days I planned to spend the summer at another location. When it did not come with in the ten days they still wanted to send the watch to the address I would not be at for months. Then they still didn't know when I would receive the watch. I suggested if you send it to an address you know I am not at, you are just going to have to send UPS back to pick it up. They didn't care. My credit card company said they would provide charge back in full if it is mailed to the address I would not be at. Once again, 1saleaday didn't care if they ended up eating the cost because they sent it to the address I wasn't at. I finally researched them and found there real name is:

I called them and finally found a person who did not hang up on me and who understood they really did not want to send to an address where I wouldn't get the product. Still do not know when it will ship, but they assured me they would ship to the address I will be at or give the money back.

When a problem arises with this company, they are impossible to deal with. You email the invoice number and they return the email asking what the order number is. Then wait another 72 hours for them to respond. Louis ended up hanging up on me and would follow the chargeback rules. Once it went past the ten days shipping, the deal was dead unless acceptable to me to extend the time. I have pulled the plug on these people and the other names they operate under.

To the people saying that they got their stuff on time and had no issues i will say that you guys lucked out. Keep buying and you will experience what others are saying. Slow shipping times and then no customer service at all.

Someone else said that this site is good and i agree for cheap stuff maybe top $40 but not for anything else. Also don't buy anything that you plan to gift away because their shipping is so unreliable it might take months to receive.

Also their "NEW" items comes really open boxed and even used in some cases. Don't buy "manufacturer re-certified" items those are used and not re-certified by anybody it's just a fancy name for an used item.

I got them pretty good once for like $400 worth of cheap tables. Half of them didn't work and they gave me the run around not wanting them back and i filled a case with Paypal and got all my money back and kept the good tables. That was my last time spending any good amount of money on them. After that i bought a cheap "new" mouse and got it "on time" 3 weeks later.

I've ordered a microSD card from them and a Jorg Gray watch (both new). Each took about 1-2 weeks to arrive (I live in MA) but both work great and were excellent prices. I'm happy with them, though I would not trust them with something you need immediately.

I ordered an inexpensive video camera from 1saleaday. I went home and told my wife that we had a camcorder on the way... we had a need coming up.
One month later, I got in touch with 1saleaday to find out when I might expect my camera.
They said that they cancelled my order.
They never notified me... and I decided, at that moment, that I was done with 1saleaday.
I felt pretty foolish trying to explain that to my sweetie... and missed the opportunity to film my youngest granddaughter's first birthday party.

<br />So your not going to buy any gifts for the holidays and your youngest granddaughter's second birthday? I hear amazon, bhphoto, canon outlet have very fast shipping for camcorders. Speed is money and 1saleaday is a sideshow that you shouldn't count on.
