I am pretty satisfied with the way they handled this, at least in my case, but I was assuming they already knew about it as they never asked me what the problem was beyond what I told them in a short email, and they straight away offer refund as the first option.
Nevertheless, this experience earned them respect in my eyes that they care for customers, but I still have my doubts about them carrying questionable products.

Have to agree with you that Transcend is not exactly a no-name brand like nykura was (which got FCC permit just recently and had the same business address as Abe's), but thought 16$ for 32gigs is just too good....looking around, I realize it's only about 10 - 15% cheaper. Now I'm tempted to get one.
