IMO, a PW really should not be used to wash a car unless you are just talking about wheels. Paint finish on a car is softer than you think and a PW can very easily wreck it. Anything more powerful than a regular garden hose is a no-no unless you don't particularly care about the longevity of the paint. I have literally watched someone blast chunks of paint off of their car that looked fine before they cranked on the PW. Granted this is a lower-powered model so there is less risk, but there's just no reason you need a PW for the job. This is just my opinion so take it as that; not trying to be condescending, just can't ever tell who has made this sort of decision after careful consideration and who has no idea about the risk of wrecking their paint.

You can use the PW with a foam cannon and super saturate your car with layer of super lubricated bubbles, rinse then do a two bucket wash, best wash EVER. that;s why i want one, oh and to clean off the deck and wash the house down occasionally...

You can but you need the right nozzle that doesn't tear off your paint. How is a low powered PW different than a car wash [lighthousecarwashsolutions.com]?

Has anyone used Oxyclean in this or in any PW as a cleaning agent? Looking to clean my siding with this and wondering if I can make my own detergent rather than buying a gallon for $15 from HD.
