edit: I just got a reply from customer service, they said that "The "Bad Request" page means that Best Buy was not able to approve all the information you submitted. Please recheck your listed credit card information and the address you submitted-- there appears to be an error."

Which is weird because its the same info I used for the coupon. There's one thing I can think of. In the OP it says that delivery is not available, how did you select in store pickup?

why am i being charged TAX/S/H for a $20 PSN card? these are equaly payment items. Does anyone know how I can void this extra $2 charge?

BTW, my employer is doing the same via CorporatePerks. You can buy online and pick up in store. Not sure about that Personal page BS there yet.

Crap. They charged me $3.88 for a couple of XBLA points cards, claiming it falls under tax and S&H. What a load of garbage. I've never paid tax on a points card before and I'm doing in-store pickup. On top of this, they required me to get an additional item to clear the $20 credit because the 1600 point card came up as $19.99.

All in all, this hasn't worked out all that favorably. On top of that, there isn't a single restaurant I recognize in a good way on that other offer. Wish I'd not given in to temptation on this one.

Edit: Hmmm, the email invoice doesn't show the tax/S&H charge. So perhaps this is a bit better.

Yeah, I know people that are not allowed to return things because they returned either too many times or the returns were too expensive.

I saw some Blu-rays that have same price as in BB or BB online. I'm gonna try this, but can somebody explain me how I should do this?

1) Do i have to buy the $20 code first? Then do a separate purchase for the items i want, applying the code,? then wait for the $20 credit on my CC statement?
or
2) buy the $ 20 code together with the other items, then wait for the $20 credit on my CC statement?
