I have a samsung laptop and really like it but I'd probably pick the new Sony ultrabook over this one. Especially if you could get a free ps3 or vita

I added the 240GB Kingston drive and am very happy. Considering grabbing an 8GB RAM chip. I wanted a unit with a 1080p like the new Asus units, but I didn't want to wait and also don't want to spend $1250-1500 |

sure to put the old drive back in though). But on the first question, replacing the HDD with an SSD is fairly easy actually. However if you do plan on doing that, make sure to have some cloning software so you can copy your data onto your new drive, unless you plan on doing a fresh install. |

Check out the linked video above. This is a standard 2.5" drive and a standard SO-DIMM DDR3 slot. I can also attest that the unit I received from Amazon was a standard size drive which I successfully replaced. |

I've owned an ultrabook before that used a standard 2.5 drive and sodimm ddr3 ram slot. I know that not all ultrabooks have that, but this one does. This one should be easy for upgrading. |

I think the Sony Ivy Bridge ultrabook with a free PS3/Vita would a slicker deal than this... but if you need it now the Sony doesn't ship till July...
