And for some reason the grease holes has ridges so that the grease does not drip easily. Weber q200 is definitely superior in design.

From one of the review at Amazon, "NOT LONG LASTING- Find a 100% Stainless Steel Grill Instead". It seems true that since grills usually are outside. Cast aluminum and Stainless Steel seems the way to go. q100 is build with cast aluminum, cast iron, Stainless Steel burner and some plastic outside.
