I read this post and want to share the "explanations" NMR tried to get us to "buy" when we contacted Customer Service. lThey gave us the explanation that bibbysdaddy posted, except they told us they were offering an additional $5 to the customers affected (for their inconvenience.) Anybody see that credit on their account?
Customer Service's second "story" was that they got the shipment in, but their own technicians looked at the tablets themselves and determined the whole shipment to be a damaged.
Also, NMR said the shipping company notified them of the damage and the next time NMR said their supplier notified them of the damage.l
We have defended NMR when we would read or hear of "mistakes", but that will no longer be the case. We have our idea of what actually happened. Someone at NMR screwed up and left off the "1" and it should have been "119". Also they left the "1" off the retail which should have been "150" (cheapest price we've seen elsewhere.).l
We think that NMR noticed the mistake too late & pulled the "deal" and fabricated a story to avoid the financial impact on their company. lThis time it's not a "scam"; it's a 100% "screw!"lIt's not IF, but WHEN they will do the same to you.l
We cut NMR no more slack!! We demanded and received our money back and have closed our accounts!!l
