Vicodin vs Percocet

Percocet is hands down the stronger pain killer in all studies. I have experience with chronic pain and have seen Percocet's results, and yes it's stronger. Vicodin is a good pain killer, but I wouldn't recommend it for chronic pain. Anytime you take a pain killer for more than 14 days, your system starts becoming used to the medication and it's no longer as effective for your personal situation. It sounds like that happened in your case.
