Just got a second "Thank you for your order" email. Nothing indicating it shipped yet though.

Unlimited data was retained on two lines. One from 4g -> 4g, one from 3g -> 4g. For some reason they sent me 4 sim cards. Odd.

My plan got downgraded to 2gb even after all those calls and emails from costco and verizon. I ended up having to call Verizon to get it fixed, they switched it back quickly to my good old unlimited plan.

I received 2 sim cards oddly. Is anyone else able to fit their phones in the carrying pouch they gave?

The costco accessory set is junk~~I don't even want to use it

I got it on the 19th, however, when I opened it, the box was dented( I guessed by UPS). So my hubby tried to exchange it at costco today. The wireless guy reordered it for me. However, when my hubby went to return it at the cs desk, the cashier said she couldn't find my order I only used that AE to pay and how could that be!! So my hubby had to come home first and we had to go again tomorrow. I printed the AE transaction record just in case. And I have to make sure that wireless guy didn't mess up my data plan. Sigh~~~~~~what a trouble.

Yea, they shipped terribly. Threw it in the bag with the accessory kit and in a UPS bubble mailer. Both phone boxes dented, but meh. The only thing useful is the bluetooth in a pinch. Everything else is junk.

I worried now if they reordered it for me, it will change my data plan. I don't have unlimited data plan, I only have the 2GB. If they change me to the new plan, I would have to pay $30 extra per month for that 2GB which I don't want.

Yes, the accessory kit is smelly too when I opened it. Full of plastic smell. I have to buy my own case and screen protector. Do you have any brand of screen protector to recommend??

They will not change your plan. The $30 2gb plan is still available for new signups even.

These are the cases and screen protectors I bought. They both fit perfectly and work great. Knocked my phone over from the bedside when I tried to snooze the alarm and the case took the fall perfectly.

I read the review, someone said the protector make the screen scratched, is it true with your experiance?I got exchanged today, the guy who handled our issue wasn't professional yesterday. He has to call Costco wireless first to inform the exchange, then they will print out a form for you to pay in the cashier. After you pay, they give you your receipt.You just need to wait for your phone to come in the mail again.. The girl did it correctly today. But I had to pay extra $9 for the higher tax in that area I could use that to pay for my protector and case already. Hope the ups didn't step my package again. Bless bless~~~~~~~
