This is pretty compelling at 125 bucks. I have it sitting in my cart. But I'm a bit worried about 512 RAM. Anyone have any information on the screen? Is it pretty scratch resistant? I had a couple cheap tablets (pandigital novel) that get scratched if you look at them sideways. But my HP Touchpads seem impervious to scratches. I let my 3 and 6 year olds play with them all the time and they still look like new.
I love the touchpads, but they aren't too portable and the novels have been relegated to ebook readers (as they were designed!). I I've been holding out for the google tablet. But this is so cheap. I am mainly looking to add SD card, HDMI support (both lacking in the touchpads) so the new google tablet is probably going to be overkill for what we use tablets for... |

pretty good deal, if it was the archos 10 or 101 i'd be in for sure.
gonna go check it out in store, this one is probably better than the one posted at 70$, plus it has tons of dev support, it also has 3g support 0.o. the only thing i'm skeptical about is the ti omap processor... its a little weak |

 Gps for a tablet is exactly what you need when using it to navigate on a boat. Almost all of the charting apps allow you to cache maps. A cell phone screen is too small to use to navigate when you're busting through 4-8 foot waves on the ocean
