Warning, this flashlight takes some kind of funny "18650" battery, not included. Great price on a really bright flashlight though, OP.

This looks good for bike riding at night. Specs say it uses the the cree xml t6, which has some pretty good reviews from other brands using this technology. I'm thinking of picking one up and mounting it on my helmet. The only thing I'm worried about is meritlines return policy in case the light decides to not work. Anybody have any experience with them?

What is really sucks about it is "Ships from China warehouse. Most customers receive in 2-3 weeks."
You have to wait for a month to get it. |

Don't waste your money on these cheap C8s(poor quality and crappy driver). Get a xinTD C8 and you won't regret it. You can choose not to have annoying strobe and sos modes. http://www.intl-outdoor.com/xintd...p-308.html
