Can't seem to price match to Dell anymore. Called twice and got turned down because Staples said that the $20 rebate brings their price down to be the same as Dell's.

Since their chat is closed for the entire weekend, is there any problem to price match over the phone? Should I order first with the coupon and than price match or price match and order over the phone with the coupon?

I think SONY sold millions of Media Player for just under $15. Nobody is interested in WD now.
