I've found that when I use the exact same name/addy info that is on my current mailing label - that it often extends my current subscription. If you don't know what your exact name/addy currently is - just check your account at the Maxim website.

That being said...there still is a chance that you might get duplicate issues. If you do - an email or call to customer service at Maxim will solve the problem. They'll combine the two accounts.
