I decided to jump on this one. As mentioned above I wish it had a better screen. The CPU has a great score on PassMark [cpubenchmark.net]. Overall Rank is 77. I am also upgrading from a 3+year old Toshiba that is becoming unbearably inadequate.

This looks to be a price mistake. Or wrongly listed (could be a used one). If it is a true listing this looks to be a very slick deal. Quad core with dedicated graphics, 6gb ram, 750 hard drive, altec lansing speakers, 2 yr standard warranty and 1 year accidental damage.

Good deal, but I decided to go with the Lenovo Y570 from the outlet. It was ~$590 after tax for a better GPU.
